AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VILLAGE OF APPLE CREEK ORDINANCE NO 2010-28 ESTABLISHING RENTAL RATES CONCERNING FACILITIES LOCATED AT THE VILLAGE PARK IN THE VILLAGE OF APPLE CREEK, OHIO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the Village of Apple Creek, State of Ohio, county of Wayne, that:
Section 1. The following rents shall be charged to those persons using the facilities of the Village Park in the Village of Apple Creek, Ohio:

LARGE PAVILION $25.00 $ 40.00
SMALL PAVILION $25.00 $ 35.00
BALL DIAMOND W/ANY OF THE ABOVE 4 HR MAX $25.00 $ 40.00
BALL DIAMOND ONLY…. 4 HOURS MAX $25.00 $ 50.00
DIAMOND LIGHTS….2 HOURS MAX $25.00 $ 60.00
STAGE $40.00 $75.00
KEY DEPOSIT $ 5.00
ENTIRE FACILITY $40.00 $250.00
Section 2: That the following form for Mayor Carson Hall shall be in full force:
Section 3: Reservations for the Village Park shall be made between Jan.2 and Dec.31 of the current calendar year. Local organizations of the Village will always have priority when making reservations.
Section4: Reservations are to be made through Apple Creek Village Hall from 8:00am to 3:30pm weekdays or write to the village at P.O. Box 208. No reservations will be confirmed until rental fees are received.
Sections 5: Notice of cancellations must be 30 days in advance of reservation date or fees will be forfeited.
Section 6: A key deposit of $5.00 will be collected at the time the key is issued. Keys must be returned to the Village Hall. Keys must be picked up at the Village Hall 8:00am to 3:30pm. Monday through Friday.
Section 7: All Apple Creek Youth Athletic Association teams will have the use of the ball diamond free of charge. Lights will also be free of charge for scheduled games only. Use of the lights for practice for other events will be charged as in the rate schedule.
Section 8: Building and grounds used are to be cleaned and returned to same condition as found. All lights should be turned off and doors locked when leaving. The park will be closed from 10:00pm to 7:00am except for special organized events. At no time past midnight.
Section 9: No benefits are to be held in the park without prior approval.
Section 10: All prior Ordinances and parts of Ordinances which conflict with the provisions of the Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent that they are in conflict herewith.
Section 11: This Ordinance shall be posted or published in the newspaper of general circulation and shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publications, as provided by law.
